Applying for Tax Exempt Status
All ordering being shipped to Massachusetts; Ohio; and Arizona, as well as all Mailing Service jobs, are subject to sales tax. If you are a Reseller or Non-Profit organization and are tax exempt certified, you are eligible to have your 48HourPrint.com account flagged as tax exempt. So ensure your 48HourPrint.com account is tax exempt before completing your next order as any order that displays tax being charged during checkout is non-refundable.
Step 1: Create an account on the 48HourPrint.com website if you have not already done so by clicking on the My Account link and filling in the required fields.
Step 2: Once you are logged into your account click on the User Details link found under the Account Information section. Then click the Edit Information link. You must ensure that the Company field exactly matches the company name that is listed on your tax exempt certificate. Then simply click Save.
Step 3: Download and complete/gather the pertinent information. Here is a list of the forms you will need.
For Massachusetts Tax Exempt customers:
Send your ST-2 form, which is your actual tax exempt certificate along with a completed ST-4-MA-Reseller or ST-5-MA-NonProfit form.
For Arizona Tax Exempt customers:

For Ohio Tax Exempt customers:
